Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases made on lessouks.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who sells

Les Souks is a marketplace: the pieces are designed and made by Tunisian artisans and brands who sell through the site. Les Souks runs the site, order processing, payment collection and delivery. The artisan's name appears on each product page.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (DT), including all taxes. For visitors located outside Tunisia, a euro equivalent may be displayed as a guide; the amount paid remains the one in dinars. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order.

3. Orders

An order is registered when you confirm it on the site. You receive a summary with its reference. Handmade pieces exist in limited quantities: if an item is no longer available, we will let you know and offer you an alternative or the cancellation of the line concerned.

4. Payment

In Tunisia: cash on delivery, or bank transfer. Internationally: bank transfer only. For a transfer, the bank details are sent to you after the order, which is shipped once payment is received.

5. Delivery

In Tunisia, delivery takes 24 to 72 hours and costs 7 DT, free from 300 DT. Internationally, the flat fee is 70 DT per order. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Details are on the page Delivery and returns.

6. Returns and claims

An item damaged on delivery or faulty can be reported within 30 days, with a photo. Once our team agrees, it is taken back at the La Marsa showroom and replaced or refunded. Small variations in shape, colour or pattern that are part of handmade work are not defects.

7. Events

At Les Souks Festifs, items bought on site are paid for to the exhibitor or our team as indicated on the stand. Exhibitor applications are governed by the information published on the page Exhibit.

8. Contact

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
