This page explains what data we collect on lessouks.com, why, and how you can act on it.

Data collected

• Orders: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order contents.
• Customer or maker account: email, password (stored in encrypted form), contact details and, for makers, payout details.
• Les Souks newsletter: email address.
• Contact and application forms: the information you enter.

Use

This data is used to process your orders and deliveries, manage your account, reply to your messages and, if you have signed up, send you the Les Souks newsletter. It is neither sold nor rented. The information needed for delivery is passed to the carrier, and the order contact details to the artisan concerned so they can prepare your parcel.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie needed for the basket and for logging in. It does not set any advertising cookies.

Retention period

Order data is kept for as long as needed for follow-up and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Your rights

In accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected or request its deletion by writing to contact@lessouks.com.
