Artisan gems, Tunisian soul.

Many Tunisian artisans sell little beyond their workshop or a small Instagram account. Les Souks gives them a shared online shop, with a selection made by our team.

What we stand for

• Handmade. Every piece is shaped by hand, one at a time or in small batches. No two pieces are ever quite identical.
• Local materials. Nabeul clay, olive wood, alfa, wool, copper, olive oil: our artisans work with Tunisian materials.
• The money goes to the workshop. Most of each sale goes directly to the artisan.
• Objects that last. Sturdy, often repairable, made to be kept for a long time.

How we choose

We meet every artisan before welcoming them and look first at the quality of the work. Some carry on a family craft, others come out of design schools.

Les Souks Festifs

Several times a year, our pop-ups bring artisans and their customers together for a weekend: Christmas Market, Ramadan Souk. You can see the pieces in person and talk with the people who made them.

Lessouks was born from a shared vision: to redefine the Tunisian object.
