Delivery & returns

Delivery

In Tunisia

We deliver anywhere in Tunisia within 24 to 72 hours of your order being confirmed. Delivery costs 7 DT and is free on orders of 300 DT or more. You can pay on delivery, in cash, or by bank transfer.

International

We also ship outside Tunisia, for a flat fee of 70 DT per order. Payment is by bank transfer; cash on delivery is not available for international orders. Prices may be shown in euros as a guide, but the order is paid in Tunisian dinars. Any import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo. Returns are made to the La Marsa showroom. Please write to us before sending anything back: every piece is handmade and we first look for a solution with the artisan.
